Hi my name is Harley Kay I’m a private pet groomer in the Duluth proctor area. I have immediate availabilities at my small private business Spoiled Pets Private grooming I can come to you for an extra fee that does go up in the winter time but I do usually prefer I work out of my home which gives the pets a very calm and quiet personal environment, with no kennels, or loud noises or other pets around.

Process After Booking

I will send you a reminder text either the day of or day before.

You text or call me when you get here and I will come out to the driveway and meet you or you can come in to the side door of the heated garage where I have my station set up and it’s very homey.

I’ll ask you a few quick questions, let you tell me anything I need to know about your pet and then I will take them from there and walk them into my shop.

I like to do it this way as it makes the dogs a lot calmer and easier for me to start working on them when they’re not worried about their parent or trying to get to their parents and it can be clear to the pets that it’s Grooming time

I will give you text updates as I go along letting you know how it’s going and what stage of the process I’m in.

I will give you a 30 minute warning time when I’m almost done. I'll also give you the final price at the 30m warning and that will stay their price for the most part unless something changes with your pet or what you want done at their next groom should you decide to rebook.
